This week, I was quite excited with the task manager to assist in managing PTPTN loans with other staffs together. Last week I had to learn the ins and outs of how to manage all student data in advance loan. PTPTN loan does not limit students to make a loan based on the amount of credit in the SPM subjects and this is absolutely not our burden to update their data to find qualified candidates. With this advantage, then I was given the responsibility to take care of one of the programs offered in this institute diploma of information technology (DTM). On the basis of trust given to my manager, I managed to do well and excel in ensuring that all data and important documents that should be attached once I complete the application form provided. I also need to communicate with the students who apply for loans to ensure that every important document in the application form can be completed well.

                   FOURTH INTAKE FOR NEW STUDENT

This week I started work last week that busy with the KPT. It is a system that requires significant data to be updated, so that students have in the system will be reviewed by the management of ministries. There are 11 programs offered and the staffs here have been divided 11 programs to four staff. So, I had acquired part of the staff quite busy as she was entrusted to hold the key data in the affairs of these students. It is quite easy because I am required to review the student's name, and then fill each form requested in the system such as students' personal information, academic information, family information and also information on curriculum. Within this new intakes also, I just asked to update the old students only, but that cannot be imagined is that they all are in large quantities. This week also is the week of the new intake as last week, held on June 16, 2012 (Saturday) the fourth session. It is a day working week for Saturday and I am also indirectly involved in the registration session, although not from the stakeholders.

                                           THIRD INTAKE FOR NEW STUDENT

This week was my first week as a student practical in Institut Sains and Teknologi Darul Takzim (INSTEDT). A very exciting experience here when all the staff greet me with a very open. Grateful. I placed in the student affairs section (HES-Hal Ehwal Siswa). Due mid-year as this time is the time for the new students, so the situation that HES was very busy until the staff here do not know where to start work earlier. I'm very excited because this is my first experience as a staff that will handle about the students here, whereas before this I'm just a student. My task this week is to update existing student data in KPT (Kementerian Pengaian Tinggi) but before this task I have to fulfil the new record for new student intake to on 1/06/2012. There are 11 programs offered in this college. So, I was asked to update the data and meet the required data in the KPT. These tasks have the due date and must have finished before 15 July 2012. This week is a week of work on Saturday and new intakes third session also took place on June 9, 2012 (Saturday). Because of this week my first work so I assigned to stay in office for the care and management of inquiries from other department.
